Adding Luck Stat to RMFRP

I am using the 660 point method for stat generation. I am also including the Luck stat out of RMC III. My question is how many extra points should i add to allow for an 11th stat?

60.  With 660 points, you start with 90s in your prime reqs, and 60s in all other stats (assuming two prime reqs).
