Constitution damage

Hi all.

Can damage to constitution (from a soul burn attack) be healed or is it simply a matter of having to spend dp's next level to knock it back up?

I was arguing with my gm that the scaling option for Major Healing that heals all damage should cover this, he's unconvinced.

There is a Cleric spell called "Restoration" (HARP Rulebook page 120) to heal constituion damage.
I wouldn't allow to use Major Healing for that.
