Irregular Realms

So I've been looking through the archives of GC, and I've read the Irregular Realms rules.  I like the idea a lot.  But the article falls short about spell lists.

How do you all think they should be handled in regards to Irregular Realms?

I've been thinking in terms of "irregular spheres" for HARP, but I can't say I've gotten very far.
