Question regarding ...and a 10-Foot Pole

I bought this book a bit ago by recommendation. However, it's one of only two RMSS books I own, and there are some columns in the item tables that I don't know what they mean. The columns are abbreviated B, Rel/Str and F. Can anyone tell me what these stand for please?

B Stands for Breakage #'s
Rel/Str is reliability and strength
F is for fumble range.
