Character sheet question

I seem to remember that, at one point, there was a combined skill/category character sheet available for RMFRP.  It listed the category and all the skills in that category in the same place.  (Of course, it was like ten pages long, but you can't have everything....)

I looked in the Vault, but couldn't seem to locate it.

The RMSS character sheet on my homepage does list categories and skills in the same place. Perhaps this helps.

In the annuals they had skill sheets with catagories and skills listed, even left some blanks for new skills to be added.

I forget which annual.  The first probably had the base prof and the next covered the supplement prof. 

Making your own does take some work, but I got mine down to a frount and back on legal pad sized paper.
