Post by: espardenyer on November 08, 2007, 10:36:12 AM
Hi all! Anybody Knows about Dreamlords, from Haestra?s book.

A Portal opens on the plains of Miir in H?stra and
three beings from another time and place emerge. They
are the Dreamlords. They depart for the East

In Atlas 3ed. in the map of Thuul, theis island is marked with n?1 (in the Kelp Sea) and says:

Quote
Dream Isles: Located in the center of the Kelp Sea, this is the
home of the three Dreamlords. Iylari Elves with mystical powers,
the Dreamlords have hidden and protected the isles with
powerful magical defenses. Even the Mermen are unaware of
them beyond rumor.

Thuul is west ...don't know too much more.

The Dreamlords have nothing to do with the Dream isles... AFAK...

and the East ( with a capital E ) is just that The East(ern hemisphere ).

As for the what the dreamlords are, and what they do... your guesses are as good as ours.... only Terry knows, and despite several attempt at getting the informations out of him  ;) we don't know.

The first appearence of that particular quote is in Eidolon timeline...
Quote
A portal opens on the plains of Haestra and three beings from another time and place emerge.

The sum of all the quotes is :
Eidolon :
Quote
A portal opens on the plains of Haestra and three beings from another time and place emerge.

Haestra :
Quote
A portal opens on the plains of Miir in Haestra and three beings from another time and space emerge. The are the Dreamlords. They depart for the East. This event unlocks the portal, and for several days, horrible creature emerge : demons from and beyond the Pales. Finally, loremasters arrive and seal the portal. But many of the hideous beings remain free.

So far it seems that it's the two occurence of them in the timeline.

Oh, Them.

Well, first of all, they might have gone into the East, come back, and set up a home on the Dream Isles.

Second, insights into their identity might be found in an older ICE module penned by yours truly...
