Has anyone tried an all lycanthrope game?

Lycanthropes are so hard to balance. We tried it in a campaign a while ago but it was difficult to handle, so not much came of it.

Yup.

Multiple failed bloodlust rolls at multiple points had commoners attacked, begetting more lycanthropes until…well…intro typical Zombie plague show here.
