Title: Where can I order just the physical book?

I was on RPGNow a few seconds ago, to see if they had the option to just do a print on demand of the physical books. At least with HARP SF, they don't.

Does anyone know where I can get just a physical book printed for the books I already have as PDFs, or should I have made that choice in my original purchases?

The softcover only and the hardcover only options appear on the page

 as second and third options.

Ah, I see it now. That'll teach me to expect the options in a particular order.
