To the one hundred-and-sixty-ninth Briefing and eighth scheduled Briefing of 2025.
 
Gen Con 2025

It was a nail biter. The softcovers arrived with Aaron in good time. The hardcovers lagged. I received word from DriveThru on the Friday before Gen Con that the hardcover had been printed but importantly the UPS ticket was set to only go live on Monday. Aaron made many phone calls and an in-person visit to a UPS manager and was able to get the books held in a distribution center on his road trip route to Gen Con.
 
My spies inform me that the Best Four Days in Gaming had many hours of best gaming hours for fans and lots of fans have acquired copies of shiny new books.

We will be back at Gen Con in 2026.

ERA for Rolemaster

Max has toiled away on adding the capability for variant attack tables to ERA and updating the Creature Law dataset to include all the identified corrections. Feel free to download the updated files at your convenience.

Rolemaster

Now that the Gen Con madness is over, we will be arranging the release of the print versions. As ever, there will be a bundle offer for Creature Law. For those who have purchased the pdf already, we will make the print copies available at a reduced price. You know the drill here – I will send discount coupons through the DriveThu system but for these to be received you need to permit DriveThru to send you emails on our behalf. HARP

Although Nick has been working on HARP Steampunk, I have taken a detour into the Banecroft adventure module (which is dual statted for Rolemaster and HARP) to do a "is there anything missing" before marking it for a layout pass. Once I am done, I will swap over to HARP Steampunk.
