HARP Online Tools + VTT

I really want to run HARP online. I want to create a TON of support and rope in new players. There are a couple of issues.

1) The current AutoHARP software does not run on Mac. :-(
2) I can't find any VTT support.

I'm a developer with 2 decades of experience, mostly focused on TypeScript and Node.js applications (these days... I started with Basic). This gives me some insight into making a Foundry VTT module for HARP.

I want to create an online character creator and supporting tools for HARP. This would include an exporter to import into a newly created Foundry VTT module.

Who can I talk to about this to get official permission for the undertaking?

You might also want to chat with BobM who is currently working on RMU support for Foundry (and pretty far along). There's probably functionality that could be applied to both systems. He's active on the ICE Discord server. Here's an invite for that server: https://discord.gg/NGPXKMD3Rm

In general, ICE would love to have this kind of support, but if it includes ICE content (which it would have to), then it will need to be licensed.

If it helps, I've dabbled in adding support for HARP in ERA, which already works in Mac, Linux and Windows.
I have a preview version that allows creating characters and leveling them up, but have never generated more than some sample content.
If you want to write the code yourself, no problem. If you want to create the XML files for the HARP content in ERA, let me know, I can help with that.
