How does the Spatial Skills talent that turns Self only spells to a range of touch (or the Arcanist spell that is similar) effect the 'Area of Effect' of the spell?
If I want to give a 'self' Levitation spell to someone else, does this allow the recipient to control the levitation spell, or the original caster?

Thanks,
Mal

On a limb here, if the spell requires concentration and is a multi-round/time spell then the caster is still responsible for the spell. If the spell is a once and done then it does not matter.

I would say that the spell works as described.
If its concentration its target that need to concentrate on the spell.
Duration is the casters lvl x rnd/min/etc

Thanks guys.  I actually found an answer in one of the Rolemaster Rulings files on the ICEWebRing.
The spell in transferred to the new person and they become the owner and controller of the spell.
