Hey Terry, just clarify your comment about the Eidolon map: is the original printing compatible with the revised sourcebook you are working on? I imagine the city layout will be the same, but am wondering if the map key will change to take into account any new locations you may have added or older ones that could have been removed. I have the original and it would be great to continue to be able to use it without having to print a new one.

While sadly another printing of the 20 x28 poster map of the city is not practical, back when I had access to a large-format scanner, I scanned my copy of the city map and stitched it in PS to one large PDF, that is high-enough quality to be printed (most local printers and Fedex Office places can even do this now). I also windowed the map in sections in the (full-color) book at a couple of different scales, so it is easily at your fingertips.
<...>

But maybe you can add the map to the PDF Version of the book. Then everybody can decide by himself to print it at a copy shop.

The map remains the same; I have made no changes. Where there is a new place, I describe it in the text by the color and proximity to numbered locations

Yes, the map PDF will be part of the PDF download.

The only incomplete art is a few adventure layouts that I will be doing while the text is edited. All the outside art is done.

Sounds like it's reasonably close to completion then. That last bit on projects always seems to take the longest though.

I have a deadline: I need to submit the additional material for the Eidolon Second Edition by end of week. No Pressure! But it has dragged on forever, and the layout is pretty much done, so no excuses.

And I'm writing... Eidolon now stands at 254 pages! I am tweaking the last two adventures and associated NPCs. Naturally the adventures got longer in the writing...

Now if we could also just get Green Gryphon out the door...

Maybe there will be at least two supplements this year for Shadow World...

I just got done reading that the X-Files is back for a special 6 episode run. Very early this morning I was reading that it might be coming aback and that they had to work around previous commitments by the stars for new shows they were in (one BBC and one NBC, IIRC).
I also love how the mini-series has seemingly made a come back as some shows are just better in 6-12 chunks per year vs 26 per year.

Any random updates on RMU?

RMU is on my HD and I have started the next draft layout. For some reason, the IDD file is huge, and we are having trouble pinning down the reason why; it makes doing the layout like wading through quicksand. We are working on it.

Green Gryphon and Eidolon are both stumbling towards completion. We may have two SW releases in the next month! I am currently choosing between strong coffee or tea and shortbread cookies (butter AND sugar!). Nicholas is doing his best to nudge both me and the GG artist towards the finish line.

I am excited about the GG release, it is all new Jaiman town setting with some new features, and a great starting point for all kinds of adventures.
