Title: Channelling.

I read RoCo II Channelling skill, transferring power points: The skill bonus is 60 from 12 ranks... so in this skill each rank gives 5 bonus, and no lvl bonus or stat?

I believe that first example is misleading... as the example given in the Channeling burnout shows 58% skill of the receiver...
So you should treat it like any other skill... at least I do...

I also Have bonuses and penalties based on timing, awareness, and distance between the sender and receiver.
 But there isn't an actual Skill roll check made.. It only determines how much of the power actually reached the receiver and how much the receiver was able to absorb.

The ranks are also the only part of the skill used in the Burnout roll.

The only other location I can think of that has options for the channeling skill is Rm2 Comp IV page 25.
