I hate yo say this but as a collector you have only one option and that is the market and you might be paying premium price.

Sentry Box has some of them, not sure where in the world, they are in Calgary Alberta Canada so shipping could be an issue:
http://www.sentrybox.com/games/games.html (http://www.sentrybox.com/games/games.html)
Pick "Roleplaying" then "I" and scroll down.

You might look up and try giving a call to "Olympic Cards and Comics" in Olympia Washington. I don't get down there very often, but last time I was there they actually had some old RM books on the shelf.
-
As has been mentioned, You can get them out there on the markets. but they aren't always cheap.
Sea law on Amazon is showing $41.50
Castles & Ruins $24.95
Emer II couldn't find
On Amazon I could find the RM2 Elemental companion for $13
Found the RMFRP Fire and Ice Elemental Companion on Ebay for $40 to $45
So really not much options out there to get physical copies...
We are a Dedicated Fan base, so the options are limited and the values, on the average, tend to be Above original MSRP.

Yep! I have about 70 books (original paper books) for Rolemaster.I have tryed buy Rolemaster from local RPG community in Finland, and find some books, but it seems at that market is quite empty for my needs.
I have bought books from Amazon and eBay allso, but prices are high and books allways used. Thanks for tips, i will try that sentrybox (Calgary) abowe.

You also might try Noble Knight Games. They carry all kinds of out of print books and games. The old ICE stuff goes pretty fast though and sometimes it is expensive, but have been very happy with all of my purchases from them.
Their website is at www.nobleknight.com.

Noble Knight has 2 sea Laws listed.. one for $30 and 1 for 69.95 (down from $129)
-
At least one of Noble Knight's is likely brand-new. I sold them a couple of mine a while back.
-
I have Castles & Ruins. Perhaps I have Sea Law but I don't think so. Private message me just so I don't forget to look for it and send you a price.
-
Didn't get deal. :(
Im still looking for:
Sea Law
Castle&Ruins
Emer II Norhteast
Elemental Companion
As book, not PDF.
I pay the shipping, please offer.

I'll have to look and see if I still have any extra copies of Sea Law.
