EA5 - cost of racial abilities?

EA5 includes quite a few racial abilities that I would like to use in building balanced races such as Resistant to natural cold.  However, many of these were not covered in EA13.  Is there another source I could use to expand my list of costed options - HARP? RMFRP / RMSS?

Sounds like I need to do an article for the next Ea to incorporate those racial abilities/gifts.
