That'd be great. In fact, though I'm not sure if ICE is up to this, it'd be cool if such pages could be integrated into the PDF product itself. I've always thought one of the advantages to a PDF over a hardcopy is that you could have access to the latest and greatest version of the book. When ouy have a hardcopy, any "revisions" that go into a book are simply never able to make it back into the hardcopy, but for a PDF, it'd just be as simple as allowing the user to download the latest copy.
But I'm not expecting ICE to do that just yet, I think it's the potential for the PDF offerings, more interactivity. I'll be satisfied for now with the extra download
