Firstly let me give kudos to ICE, JDale and others in getting this out. Bravo.

In my quick read over the book, well done. I am sure that as I plow through it many questions will arise but as for now, it looks well thought through and some of the changes make a great deal of sense in conjunction with the RMU rules changes.

I look forward to giving a deeper dive of both the spell changes and rules.

Dan (rdanhenry) deserves a lot of credit on this one. There are things I changed, and there's the editing (both myself and Nicholas) and layout process (Nick), but the bulk of the content is Dan's work.

What is a bit annoying is that the table of contents and the index are in the wrong order - index first, table of contents second when using the PDF table of contents feature. Would be nice if this could be fixed.

The PDF bookmarks have been fixed several times but kept reverting. They will be fixed again when we do all the edits. The spell bookmarks should obviously be at the end.
