The message in the error log you sent by mail indicates that the server can't start, so changing browsers would always give the same error.
Since it's a fresh installation, it might have something to do with the computer itself, so let's do a couple of tries:
- Delete the error log, then start ERA-RMFRP.exe, then look for the error log and save it (rename it to something like "while trying RMFRP")
- Delete the error log again, then start using ERA-Server.exe. Again save and rename the log generated
- Do the same 2 steps but in another computer
- If at all possible, do the same on your new computer, but using a previous version of ERA
Please send over all the different log files via mail, so that I can see if there's any hint about the reason for the issue.
Also... the tests should be done by installing to a directory as simple as possible (something like C:\ERA) so that we can rule out issues with Windows user folders.
