Nor is there any timeline on when they will be put back up for sale.

 From my understanding all PDF's are undergoing a re-Branding process with the most popular lines/products being done first. I do not know what is being done or what the time line is but from past threads products are trying to be re-released at the rate of 1-2 a week.
