I've seen an Access program at one point.  I've also shared a program for tracking actions, but haven't had the time to add in combat tables: http://sourceforge.net/projects/twilip/.  If someone has the combat tables (RMSS in particular), I'll try to find the time to add in the table lookups.

Please note that including combat tables to any public program will require a no-fee license agreement with Aurigas Aldebaron.  This is required to ensure confirmation that Aurigas Aldebaron owns the IP for the combat tables and programs using them are developed without claim to the material.

Similarly this would apply to any direct inclusion of material from ICE products.
If there is a question whether an agreement is required or not, please feel free to email me.

IMHO even if you are not making the program public it might be good to get an ok from the company. If it gets out on the net you could still be held liable.

I have Orc which is still a work in progress and yeah... it definitely needs a license agreement at some point.  ;)

If you are talking about an extensive access database programmed with every attack chart (martial and spell) and critical chart every made for Rolemaster + dozens of custom ones including qualifiers for breaking 150 all available by either hitting a button for a character or rolling a die and inputting the value then I "may" know or have heard a rumor of such a thing. ;)

Not an easy task, tons of data to input and hours and hours and hours of debugging, it's the type of thing that can suck up your life and make your wife hate you for spending so much time on it but it is nice when its done and working.  If you want to take on that project I will say good luck.
