I noticed that RMC has the Static Maneuver Table listed as an optional rule (rolling above 100 being the "standard"). I hope this does not mean that the Static Maneuver table is on its way out. It offers many interesting results, and adds greatly to the role-playing, the same way the critical tables add something to the combat. One general criticism though: I think "routine" actions should be either automatic success or give a much higher bonus (e.g. +80). Remember that many inexperienced characters have very low skill values.
