Title: Fluid Destruction - Vaporize water

vaporize water does not specify inanimate water sources - the level 8 spell does. I know boil water was re-clarified to remove misuse - has this simply missed the same treatment?

Yes, it should be subject to the same "inanimate" restrictions as the 8th level spell.
