Title: Converting Golarion Adventures

As a change of pace, I am looking to run a short HARP campaign for my group, firstly as a change of pace from our normal fantasy system and secondly as an opportunity to give people a taste of HARP (and possibly RM, but that's a longer term idea).
For simplicity, I am converting a number of Paizo adventures (set around Darkmoon Vale) and was wondering if anyone had already done this? Specifically the list is:
D0 - Hollows Last Hope
D1 - Crown of the Kobold King
D1.5 - Revenge of the Kobold King
D4 - Hungry Are The Dead
WB1 - Conquest of Bloodsworn Vale (transplanted to the vale and acting as a frame for the rest of the adventures).

I've heard of conversions, but never seen one.  There are some d20 to Harp conversion guides in the Vault (search for d20), but I'm pretty sure they are more aimed at converting Harp to d20 and not d20 to Harp.  But I could be wrong. =)  Good luck!
