GenCon 2025 has released their key dates for anyone interested in GMing games at GenCon. Please see the following, and if anyone is interested in helping to run "official" Iron Crown games at GenCon 2025, please contact me here, through the Iron Crown official Discord or via DM/PM or email.

January 5, 2025 Early Event Submission opens
February 2, 2025 Early Event Submission closes
March 9, 2025 Event Submission Deadline
May 11, 2025 Layout Change Requests due
GM Badge Requests due
GM Hotel Requests due
May 18, 2025 Event Registration Opens within 2 weeks after the convention Event tickets received by Gen Con offices Final Deadline for reimbursement requests (badge & hotel)
If you are willing to run enough game sessions (enough "Player Hours") we may be able to supply you with an official Iron Crown Enterprises GM Badge (70 Player Hours is their requirement, but at least a couple of us usually run more than 70 hours, so anyone who wants to run, but is a little short on Player Hours scheduled, may still be able to receive a badge (will depend on availability of total hours which dictates the total number of GM badges that Iron Crown is awarded). We had 4 GM's/badges in 2023, 5 GM's/badges in 2024.
Please contact me via DM/PM/email if you are interested. By running an "official" Iron Crown game, in addition to (probably) getting a GM badge, you will also likely have your sessions scheduled in the same room as other Iron Crown games. Which allows all of us ICE GM's to help one another out and work together to promote the great Iron Crown products.
