Kenra question: missing tails

So, my sailor got her tail bitten off in game. My take on Kenra makes them more cat like, while ocelots have rounded ears, I play them more as cat ears than human ears. Related to that, I assume that properly speaking Kenra involves ear and tail movement. I don't know if it's been asked, but I'm curious what sort of maneuver and social penalties she'd suffer? There's nothing left of her tail, except maybe the vertebra right before it splits off from her torso. As someone who has grown up with cats, and worked in a veterinary clinic and boarding kennel, I am aware that cats tails are for balance as well as expressing emotion.
