Hi Just two questions, is Emer 3 published? And where in Shadow World are the eight Jarek Ahrenreth cities?

Not yet, for Emer III, although it is in process I think (written, submitted to editor, needing layout etc).

The locations of the eight secrets are detailed in Powers of Light and Darkness I think.

Correct on both counts! Though the 8 citadels are summarized in Powers, only the central one has been detailed so far (in the original Emer sourcebook; it will be reprinted in Emer I second edition). And in fact no less than 2 of the J.A. citadels are detailed in Emer III.
