There is a draconian race mentioned in Creatures and Monsters.  I wonder if anyone managed to stat them up?  The race stats could be used for Dragonborn, just a little change in fluff.  I know that they aren't in Races and Cultures.

I did a RMFRP version of the draconian race...about 20 years ago. Problem is just that the digital copy of it was lost in a computer crash. I might have a printout somewhere in my materials-from-old-campaign-piles, but it is probably just as easy to recreate from scratch with RMU.

I don't think I've seen the Dragonians worked up as an RMSS race if that's the one you mean. I did the Sohleugir unofficially for RMSS, it should be in the Vault still. (And of course they are also in RMU.) Dragonians also flew and had fire breathing, it's going to be harder to do them in a balanced way.

I thought I just had to reskin them to be dragonborn.  Dragonborn do not breath fire or fly.  I'll have to think on it more, thanks jdale and paastav.

RoCo VI has the RM2 stat bonuses for them, you could convert those to RMSS.

You're right, I could do that. *sigh*

However, dragonians and dragonborn are two separate species.  I might have to convert them from the 5e SRD.

It looks like the 5e dragonborn does have dragon breath and also damage resistance of the matching type, but no flight. Also no natural armor, claws, bite, etc. Personally I would start with Sohleugir to get some of the physical traits that a draconic entity ought to have (even though dragonborn don't), maybe omit some things (maybe you don't need nictating membranes for example), and add the dragon breath and an appropriate elemental RR/DB bonus.

Good idea.  I think sohleugir are in the Races and Cultures book, are they not?
