RMU prosthetics breakage

What are your takes on handling breakage and criticals against prosthetics? A character taking a hit in his wooden arm for example. What if it was glass?, iron?, Silver?, Mithril? or Læn?

basic recap:  assign a Strength based on material.  use club for initial stats and modify by material using ruleset in Treasure Companion.

RMU?  I have no idea.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die.

I agree.  This is almost exactly the same thing I use.
