Rolemaster >>> Dungeons & Dragons 5e Conversion? (Specifically Essaence Storms)

Hi RM and SW peeps!
I broke down and started a D&D 5e campaign. I know, I know, I'm ashamed... JK.
It does have roll20 support, though. And with players from the US West Coast to London UK, it's kinda what I had to do.

However, I am still playing Shadow World!
I am wondering if any of you have converted the RM world into 5e. Any help would appreciated!

Specifically, Essaence Storms and Foci. I want to keep that element of SW for sure.
- Damage for spell casters trying to cast during Essaence Storms and being in Foci.
- etc.

Anyone have any homebrew out there?
