Saavik: You lied!
Spock: I exaggerated.
Kirk: Hours instead of days! Now we have minutes instead of hours!

Hours indeed...  :D

Just bought it. Looking forward to reading it tonight!

Especially excited about the section on Krylites  and on the Kuluku (had several characters who were Kuluku, but this gives them a homeland now).

Thanks very much for all your work Terry! We have enjoyed playing in Kulthea more than any other place in the multiverse.

PDF only?  :(

Terry, any idea when it will be available for print-on-demand? Nothing beats the feeling of having a real gamebook in your hands.  :)

I agree - PDFs are convenient, but a printed version is preferable.

Any news or thoughts on whether there will be such a version made available (and globally available)?

Ditto, ditto.

Me want full-color print version, both in HB and SB.

Should be no more than a few weeks; just waiting on a few pieces of high-rez art, and we wanted to do a little PDF 'shakedown' period. My understanding is that we'll be doing both a soft and hardcover print, full color of course. I'm guessing that the PDF price will bump up to $18 at the same time.

Great - I am happy to wait and get hardcopy then. Thanx Terry (and good work, as always)

Oh, this reminds me - will the Emer 1 and 2 revisions (when ready) be released in hardcover as well? Would like to know so as to maintain consistency in look and help decide which version to buy Emer 3 in.

Also browsed it!

Fine details etc... But...
I find it lags more down to earth quest stuff..
Nice with the herb/poison update.

I see 100 pages of lvl 60+ evil cleric with +100 swords and a pet pale 6 demon.. I dont have a world of warcraft raid with me on my SW campaign :(

Well, this is intended as the overview of all of SE Emer, so naturally it features the most powerful people in the region. Granted, your average PC might never encounter them, but some do run high-powered campaigns. The Misty Vale adventures were intended to be more introductory, and with the plant and creature encounter charts, my intention was to make it so that just traveling in SE Emer could be an interesting challenge for lower-level players. Being hired to gather a valuable herb could entail fighting off all manner of giant snakes, spiders, apes and other beasties. Maybe I did not convey that adequately.
