Electrical Critical Core Book typo?

After an analysis of the crit tables of the core book it looks like the intent is that of balancing all elements to be roughly in line with each other, both overall and, usually, per roll range too.

The 91-95 result on Electrical Critical seems off in that it inflicts only a -5 malus, rather than -35, like Heat, Cold and Impact. All of the 4 of these elements provide similar Hits, stuns and bleed values at that range.
