Topic: Convention Aproved Chargen

I know this was mentioned on the RM section but, does anyone have a standard they use for convention play?

I thought about just making people pick out of the book of pregens (which is extreamely handy btw) but wanted to allow customs as character generation is sometimes the most fun

I thought I saw a pattern in that book but some of them look off.

Was the stats pre-roll like RM Express and a set starting DP

I only ask because it is in my experience that players will bump a stat by one point just to get the higher dp i.e. 90 to a 91 to get 9 per/lv instead of 8

Hello Maikeru,

That is true... But the players have to wait until NEXT level until they can use the extra DP!
If its for a convention then the only benefit they get is for the extra +1 stat bonus...
