Aside from Adrenal Boost, the various neuralwares do not list a surgery difficulty.
Is this because they all carry Adrenal Boost's medium difficulty, an error, or is it meant to say there's no difficulty?

I just checked my hard copy and PDF copy and it is balnk also. I did a check of the authors site as well as the ICE errata section with no info there. So I woud say that yes they all should be medium difficulty.
