Topic: Finally have all four!

I completed my download of Creatures and Treasures for RM Classic.  This is mainly so I can start working on my adventure.  My Adventure is not initially set in Cyradon, nor it will be set in Shadow World.  It is set in my home town.  But it's a Dark Fantasy type adventure (Fantasy with horror elements).

Unlike the Dark Romance that Tracy and Laura Hickman wrote, my adventure deals with elements of corruption.  Why would undead start to show up in a society who would not produce such abominations?  I think I can provide an answer to that question.

IT is definitely NOT going into the Vault.  I might want to do the d20 (3.x) adaptation later.

If you think living in Utah counts as Dark Fantasy, you should try living in Central Illinois.  The Horror!

This post started somewhere in the area of topical and drifted, but I deleted the post off the end of it because it crossed the line here:

Do not make blanket generalization: This means not to make sweeping comments about whole classes of people. We are not referring to saying things like "all orcs are evil", a comment about a fictitious race, but real life groups and issues. For example, saying that all "liberals are democrats" or "all conservatives are republicans" would be examples of generalizations. It does not matter how benign the generalization is, the ICE forums is not the place for it.

The line is not always clear when a joking comment crosses to being racist, sexist or otherwise offensive, but generally speaking it's easy enough to avoid creating problems by just avoiding going there. It's hard to imagine any context in which a discussion of ICE products requires even flirting with that line.

I'm locking this thread, and the topics discussed above can be re-opened in new threads, but it might be worthwhile to read the ROC if you haven't done so in a while:
