Where are the dp costs for TP spell lists?

Where are the dp costs for TP spell lists?
I can't find them in the books. But for example for the rogue, the spreadsheet   I use says that developing a TP spell list (own realm) for the rogue costs 8/8/8.

Is that correct? and where can I find these costs in the books?

I think in the back of one of the Companions - in the mentalism in the back I believe but it should be in all them.  I believe they are 6/6 for pure, 8/8 for semi & 10/10 for non, same realm that it.

For those who don't want to look it up... or don't have the Mentalism companion
TP (Training Package) Spell Costs:

4/4/4 for pure and hybrid
6/6/6 for semi-spell users
8/8/8 for non-spell users

Other Realm TP's you'll have to look up...

It should be listed in any book that has TP lists... but sadly it's not.
