Fire and Ice Addendum and the Enchanted Robes spell list - Redux

So, I posted over a year ago, with no replies.  Rather than bumping that year-old topic, I am trying again, just in case.

The Guild Elementalist from the Fire and Ice Addendum is supposed to have a Spell List called "Enchanted Robes."  What ever happened to this spell list?  I can't seem to find it anywhere.  Does anyone know anything about it?

It does not exist. Take Shield Mastery or another Closed Essence/Elemental spell list instead.
