I am having trouble finding 20-sided dice that are just 0 to 9, and not with one labelled as the hundreds.

Back in the day with Rolemaster we all had dice that read 0-9 and we said before rolling which was the higher die, so an orange 3 and blue 4, with the orange high meant 34, easy.

And I would rather not have ten-sided die.

If you're going old-school with your dice, you just need a crayon for that....

www.wondertrail.com has some.  Just go to the website and type "d20 0-9 twice" in the search field, and they should pop up in a few colors.  Looks like they're low stock, to be sold out soon, so get them while they last!

I just did a search for 'rolemaster', 'iron crown', and 'shadow world' and the first two give single events which clearly are not yours and the last gives a bunch of events, but none seem to be yours either. :-(
