PP Multipliers
« on: January 27, 2012, 12:34:06 PM »
Could anyone assist with what I'm sure is a very simple matter. I'm sure that somewhere I've seen a table to convert PP multipliers/adders from rm2 to rmss/rmfrp. The problem is, I just can't find it.

Thanks in anticipation.

I'm not certain if I ever saw such a table, but I did the next best thing:

I looked at Treasure Companion and saw the alchmist lvl spells you'd need to create true multipliers

lvl 6: +1 adder
lvl 10: +2 adder
Lvl 15: +3 Adder or x2 multiplier
Lvl 35: +4 adder or x3 multiplier

I usually stick close by the alchemist level.

as an aside: I sometimes hand out lesser multiplier: such as x1.1 and x1.25. x2 and x3 are such power boosters and players seem equally pleased to add 10% to their total as 100%.
Game On!

In my game I have 10% increase as the basic multiplier. There also exist 50% and 100% increase, but those cost lots more.
