Core Law is complete and available exclusively from DrivethruRPG. It is currently only available in PDF but will be available in both softcover and hardcover very soon. The delay is to allow us to catch any final errata before they are immortalized in print.

Spell Law has now been released and is also available in PDF form exclusively from DrivethruRPG. We expect physical copies to be available in the coming months.
