I think the pictures arent copyright protected.. Ive seen a picture of Jaysten Tyrallion ... Oh.. Justin TImberlake :D :D :D

Technically, no, you couldn't upload an image. Although anything uploaded would have to be approved by a moderator anyway. I'd say either ask for permission to upload a low resolution version, or upload one and see if it gets approved.
