I'm running Windows 10 and every time I try and install a book file, it errors and tells me that it can't find EOCD position

I'm having issues with the ERA. I forgot to specify which program I was having trouble with.

I got it figured out why it wasn't working. I had to leave the files zipped.

Ok, I'm glad it worked out.
Just in case, there is a tutorial video showing the installation.
At this point (https://youtu.be/OP1_H0zVZuk?t=79) you can see how to install the purchased book files.

It was hard to tell if I was supposed to zip or unzip the files. I figured it out that I was supposed to leave them unzipped :)

I am also unable to install the ERA_for_Rolemaster_RMC_Combat_Companion_(9848750).zip book, I get the following error...
PrimitiveFailed: primitive #deleteDirectory: in FilePluginPrims failed).
Please help otherwise I spent ten bucks for nothing

I'll ask some questions so that you can help us guide a possible solution:
- Does this error appear as soon as you try to install the file?
- Does this error remain after closing and restarting the server?
- Does the message appear on the browser or in the small ERA Server window?
- Did you install other book files without any other issues?
There should be a file named "ERA-Support.log" in the Server directory of the application.
It would be great if you could send it via PM so that I could check and see if there is any additional information.

Yes as soon as I install it
No it disappears fairly quickly, it was hard to get a screen shot!
It appears in the small Window
Yes I have installed 5 other book files with no issues

As soon as a moderator approves the files so that it appears on the thread, I will download and check it.
