Virtual PC's and Races

 I was wondering if anyone had thought about using the idea created in the Cyber chapter with races? ie Something like the Virtual PC has to buy skills in every category for the new body to use its racial abilities; maybe a Racial Body-(Race) skill.

My bad I did not get to the Download Form Talent in the book before posting the above question.
