Shadow World Core Book
« on: October 09, 2008, 03:02:49 PM »
I am just getting back into RM and was wanting to run a game in Shadow World, now is there like a core book that I need to buy? Or like a list of them? Any and all help will be good!

Someone could give you a full list of the 'Core Books', which are quite numerous now, but the one you probably want to start off with is the "Master Atlas". The latest edition of the Master Atlas is the 4th edition. You can even get it as a .pdf download from the 'Shop ICE' link on the left of this page.

Hey MHB welcome to the group,

The main book would be World book 4. It has stats and races and an overview of the land masses and history. There is an older World Book, #3 that also has unique information it it.

The continent of Jaiman has a few books; the Most recent and important being Haalkitaine, a module called Jaiman and an older book called Cloud Lords of Tanara. The Cloud Lords is not a must.

The continent of Emer has to major books : Emer Book I: Haestra, The Northwest, Emer Book II: The Northeast. There is also Eidolon: City In the Sky, it has a fair bit of info.

Good luck!

Actually Xa-ar is the most recent Jaiman book.  ;)

No problem. I just like to keep it on the radar.  :)
