Topic: HARP Sci Fi Character Gen Sheet

Is the HARP Sci Fi Character Gen sheet in the vault (HARPSF CS Update 4G) up to date with the Harp Sci Fi Gamma PDF?  I can't recall if there were any additional rule changes after that last one was posted.

It should be. The only changes that have been made since don't affect character creation.

I'm sure Allen would appreciate more people taking it for a test run.

Excellent.  I want to redo the Characters and NPC's from my playtest group and make sure they are up to date with the final rule set.  I'll probably do them up to 5th level each.
It will also give me a chance to see how easy/hard it is to do up new races when I go to add Gustav the Rat.

One omission in that I can't find any Multiple Subskill Proficiency Talents and Pilot seems to not believe that Technical is a Favored category at 2nd plus level.

I am working on one for AfterWorlds. But my excell-fu is weak...
I have no idea how to do macros, which seems like th ebest bet to achive some of the options.

I think it would be great to combine the HARP Sci Fi Character generator with the HARP version.  This would allow more flexible character creation and limit having to use multiple programs for what is essentially the same system with different time periods.  A Sci Fi Fantasy game would specifically require this.

Where are these character sheets and Master Character Table located? Do you need special access to see them, because I can't seem to find them. I bought the Harp SciFi  pdf a few days ago if that is important.

Is there an actual character generator?  Like something written in Java, Perl, Python, or something (and something portable for Mac and Linux users)?

The spreadsheets are Open Office Calc. There are no other character generators for HARP SciFi at this time that I know of.
