Bladestorm Sourcebook

Does anyone know if there're some pages missing from the Bladestorm Sourcebook pdf? I downloaded it, and the pages go 152, then two maps (which I think are pages 153 and 154) then the next page is 158. There seem to be three pages missing by the numbers. Is this an error in the pdf, or is it an error from the original book?

What you are missing is :
- Two blank pages ( 155 and 157 )
- one page of questions ( why did you buy Bladestorm and so on )
   to send back to ICE...

It's an error in the PDF it seems, but I wouldn't call that an error. You are not missing anything that has any worthy content.
