Topic: Emer II, map scale?

I know that this has been asked and answered before, but I can't seem to find the answer.

I've looked in Emer II, I've looked on eidolonstudio.com and I've done a search on this board (as well as asking google).

What is the scale of the maps in the back of Emer II?

And if you give that in miles per inch or somesuch, how do you convert that if you're looking at the PDF?

I knew I'd seen it somewhere.

But that is a problem when delivering PDFs -- how do you deal with the scale?
