Those are good news
« on: August 17, 2010, 01:02:27 PM »
Just read the press release. I thinks it's great news. So the big IP mess has finally been sorted? Or ignored?
Doesn't matter. I'm sure ShadowWorld will receive much more attention from its new publishing house now. And this makes me happy.

Congratulations on this deal!

Wow! Congratulations GCP and Terry!

I've always wondered about Shadow World. I've even boght an adventure or two over the years (Gethena was good).

I think I might buy players guide the world when it comes out to see what the new publishing brings....

Well, at least we can say that something is moving. I will be more happy when i see that this comes in the form of more books in less time.
Although as always i know that quality and not quantity is why i buy everything about SW.

Congratulations to everyone

Thank you guys! There are some really exciting new graphics in the Player's Guide, images I only dreamed of being able to render.

Emer III is chugging along, and there is another Guild Adventurer coming up. I'm really excited about the future of Shadow World!

Very good news indeed. I'll surely buy most of what is excepted to get published about Shadow World, can't wait to read those !

Actually the SW property (and all the old ICE properties) are owned by a third party, Aurigas Aldebaron, who licenses it. They have moved SW from ICE (Mjolnir) to GC. I actually own the SW trademark.

it's all great news, especially as those producing, writing and promoting SW are all fans....

should mean the fans are the real winners.

Good news indeed if this means we get books/material more often than once every few years. No offense to our valiant author master TKA, I can feel your pain and lack of time.

Please, anyone invloved in making material, concentrate filling the world with cultural / area details. Everybody shoul be able to make full adventures on their own and based on their group styles. The most time consuming is the world detailing part.

Cheers!

Howdy,

Since our beloved Kulthea has been offered a wonderful opportunity to start flourishing again and some people have already suggested the possibility of fan made contents, I'd really love to see something like the very active and productive community Harn has.

Cheers!
