HARP (or RM) Elder Scrolls...

I was wondering if anyone has done any adaptation of the setting from the Elder Scrolls PC games (Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, and Oblivion) in HARP (or even RM).  Any links?  Any suggestions?  Should be a pretty easy translation since the game was based on the designers' RM campaign. ;)
