Harn Magic for RMC in Vault

My RMC conversion for the Harn magic system is now in the Vault.  However, I made a mistake.  (Ironic, considering how much proofreading I do.)

On pages 2 and 3, all references to the Grey Convocation should be changed to Neutral.
