A follow-up poll of comfortable languages would be cool. And useful if anyone is ever going to localize a product, whether official or fan-made.

RMSS/FRP / Re: Stun Removal at -50?

I think the -50/-75 to movement was added because originally (RM2), movement was the only action (other than parrying at half OB) allowed when stunned. All other actions were forbidden.

It might also be helpful to note that the original description of the Stunned Maneuvering skill in RM Companion 2 specified a -10 penalty to the skill roll per cumulative round of stun. Companion 2 also (confusingly) had its own Static Action table which noted both the -10/round penalty and gave additional difficulty penalties for number of rounds of stun accrued. E.g. 2 rounds of stun made the base Static Action manuever a Hard (-10) check. I say this his confusing because these difficulty levels don't line up with the simple -10/round that is mentioned both in the verbal description of the skill and in this very chart I am referencing on p. 92 of Companion 2.

Let me check that, I happen to have a copy of RM Companion II.

Well, Hurin is right.  At least for the original description of the skill.

Actually, I want the orcs to be like World of Warcraft orcs.  Since they are like "real" orcs. (there are some differences between a real orc and a WoW orc.)
I hate to break it to you, but orcs aren't "real" :)

Why did I put "real" in quotes?  ;D

Add a link to a honey pot in the header.   Make sure it's not visible to humans.   Ban/slow anyone who touches the honeypot.

RMSS/FRP / Re: Q: Drow

They come from a different planet than other elves?  Like the other elves come from the planet Arvandor.  They have dark skin.  Males have red (cool mauve) skin, and females have blue (night blue) skin.  Hair color can range from stark white, to light blue, light purple, and light green.

I named the original drow planet Avalonea. They are also polyamorous, and typically have more than one mate.  Some drow are monogamous -- but they are the exception, not the rule.

Here's the article I wrote on their society:
https://www.worldanvil.com/w/the-orcs-of-kara-kar-eltonj/a/drow-society-ethnicity

Here's the article I wrote on their origins:

The idea is not an evil race.

I'd like to translate the World of Warcraft RPG orc race from from D&D3e to Rolemaster (SS/FRP).  Should I try a one to one conversion?  Or should I get Underground Races first?  Then compare greater orcs with warcraft orcs?  I could use a little guidance.

In what ways do want them to differ from Orcs that are already presented in the main book or the Logroki in the Shadow World books?
